Joyfully contrasting with the title "small miseries" is a numerous series of hand printed papers about how to keep on working without money, almost no materials and no exhibition plans but a vivid desire to explore color for itself and showing an outrageous fuck off finger to destiny.
I was so happy making all those small paintings (around 300) during that period that it gave me the most important meaning back: painting is more than circumstances.
